At this Hub, we aim to establish a hybrid advising system that combines generative AI with expert advisors, including practicing Japanese language teachers as well as undergraduate and graduate students majoring in Japanese language education.
To address the challenges international students face in Japanese language learning, further education, and career development, we provide support by integrating the speed and flexibility of generative AI with careful, personalized guidance from human advisors. Based on each learner’s background, goals, and learning history, we recommend appropriate learning materials and strategies, while also supporting autonomous learning through online consultations and messaging.
