Held in April and September (mainly in Japanese) for groups of privately funded international students within several days of their arrival.

Arrival Orientation for Exchange Students
The office for short-term exchange programs organizes an arrival orientation for incoming exchange students at the beginning of each trimester in April, September, and December.
