ISC Overview
Outline
The International Student Center of the university provides international students with systematic language instruction and advice and information on academic and everyday life. The center also provides advice and planning assistance to our university's students, in relation to study abroad programs.
The center consists of the following three sections:

International Student Center Office & Academic Service Offices
The International Student Center deals primarily with matters concerning research students and Monbukagakusho Scholarship students. The Academic Service Offices handle undergraduate and graduate student matters.
The International Student Center Office is located on the second floor of the International Student Center and deals with the following:

- **The certificate shall not be issued unless a notification for completion of research is submitted.
