Enrollment Guidebook for International Students (PDF)
The International Student Center, University of Tsukuba has prepared a guidebook entitled "Enrollment Guidebook for International Students", which provides comprehensive information for international students who wish to apply to our university. The guidebook contains necessary information for application for different student categories, such as regular students (both undergraduate and graduate levels), research students, credited auditors, etc. The guide is written both in Japanese and English.
Lists of our professors and their research fields are included in the guidebook (annex). If you wish to apply to our university particularly as a graduate level student, e.g. a regular graduate student or a research student, you need to find a prospective academic advisor from our faculty members in advance by yourself. One way of initially contacting a suitable professor is through information posted on the web-site of the program for which you wish to apply. However, unfortunately, not all programs have prepared their web-sites in English. If you would like information in English, please refer to the Enrollment Guidebook.
Please note that few e-mail addresses of our professors are listed in this guidebook. You should check the website of the program you wish to apply for, or, if you can not find a faculty member listed in the website, please make initial contact with your prospective academic advisor by post.Note: Please refer to the Global 30 website for information on courses in English.
